USE

• Hold the sharpener by its aluminium body and press the carbide stone lightly against the blade bevel ;
• Maintain the existing bevel angle (approx. 15–20°) and make steady strokes from the base to the tip of the blade ;
• A few passes are enough for routine maintenance — do not press hard ;
• Then make a brief flat pass on the non-bevelled face to remove the wire edge ;
• When the stone face is worn, unscrew and flip the stone to use the fresh face ;
