The La Fabriculture guarantee

Since 2015, La Fabriculture has been committed to offering you innovative and quality tools. Our tools are all carefully designed, with robustness and repairability in mind, guaranteeing durability and efficiency.

Being demanding on the robustness of our products, we offer you a free repair guarantee for welds carried out in our workshop, with no time limit for a user.

All repairs to our tools are handled in our workshop located in Moyrazès (12).

To proceed with your warranty request, send us a message to contact@lafabriculture.fr, we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Generally speaking, the warranty applies to appropriate and “common sense” use of our products or those of our partners.

Some examples of guarantees

· Breakage at a weld;

· Transverse breakage of the handle (= the wood is brittle and has a defect).

What is not covered by the warranty?

· Breakage of a handle lengthwise (= inappropriate use of the tool);

· Natural wear and tear from regular use is considered part of the object's patina and is not covered by the warranty;

· Damage caused by inappropriate use, which does not follow the usage recommendations or improper use of the object (a spade is not used for leverage);

· An object that has been subjected to intensive use for a long time;

· Failure to maintain, clean and maintain the object;

· A curved, twisted object;

· Damage resulting from a repair or modification to the object carried out by the customer or a third party;

· Normal wear and tear of the item;

· Innings that reveal obvious missed shots;

· Damage caused by dismantling the object;

· Copies or counterfeits;

· Loss of the object.
