A well-maintained tool lasts far longer. Flaking paint, rust, dried soil and residue building up on blades, tines and tool bodies speed up corrosion and hurt performance. The Kramp HG301A5MSKR wire brush is designed to clean all of that quickly, in the workshop or in the garden.
Its 5 rows of brass-plated wire strip paint, remove rust and clean metal surfaces. Brass is softer than steel, so it is less aggressive on sound metal. The straight model works flat, which suits blades and flat surfaces.
The beech handle is comfortable, even with gloves on. At 295 mm long, the brush is easy to store in a toolbox, an apron or hung on a workshop board.

FAQ
What is the difference between a brass brush and a steel brush?
Brass is softer than steel. It strips and cleans effectively while being less aggressive on sound metal. For very stubborn deposits or thick rust, a steel brush remains more abrasive.
Can this brush be used to strip paint?
Yes, it is one of the applications listed: paint stripping, rust removal and cleaning. As a hand brush, it suits parts and small surfaces.
Can this brush damage my tools?
Used with moderation on bare metal, no. On polished or coated blades, avoid scrubbing hard and use a cloth instead so the coating is not damaged.
How often should garden tools be cleaned?
Ideally after every use: a quick brush over the blades, a wipe and a few drops of oil. This 2-minute routine per tool noticeably extends their lifespan.
