Custom laser cutting, from your idea to the finished part

Laser cutting turns a drawing, a logo or a technical plan into a metal part with clean, precise edges, even for highly detailed patterns. Each part is made from your file or sketch, which suits a private customer who wants a decorative silhouette for the garden just as well as a farm that wants a sign bearing its name or a business that needs sheet metal parts.

All plans are designed in-house, in our workshop in Moyrazès (Aveyron, France), by the team that already designs and manufactures our farm and garden tools. The laser cutting itself is then carried out by local partners in Aveyron with whom we work regularly.

Which metals and which files?

We work with all common metals: aluminium, stainless steel, steel and galvanised steel. The choice depends on how the part will be used: stainless steel and aluminium resist corrosion outdoors, steel lends itself to painting or to a decorative rusted look, and galvanised steel offers lasting protection at a lower cost.

We accept all digital file formats: technical drawing, design file, logo, photo or scanned sketch. Our design office converts your file into a cutting plan.

How does a custom laser cutting order work?

• 1. Your request: send us your plan, drawing or image, together with the required dimensions, the chosen metal and the intended use.
• 2. Plan design: our design office redraws your project in computer-aided design software and prepares a cutting file in STEP format.
• 3. Quote: we send you a price based on the metal, thickness, size and quantity.
• 4. Laser cutting: the file is sent to our local partners, who carry out the cutting.
• 5. Optional finishing: bending, welding, sandblasting or powder coating can be carried out in our workshop.
