When you shop at La Fabriculture, we do everything we can to protect your personal and payment information. During order processing, when this information is transmitted to the bank, it is encrypted using a method that complies with industry standards.

- Choose a secure password, which means changing it regularly and keeping it to yourself, since anyone in possession of your password can access your account;
- Remember to log out when you have finished using your La Fabriculture account on a shared computer or mobile.
Shipping your parcel
Once the order has been paid for, packages are dispatched Monday to Friday from La Fabriculture (Moyrazès, 12). Packages are dispatched via our carrier with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, you will receive a link from the carrier (SMS or email) to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order to minimize shipping costs. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken with all the tools we pack.
Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected. Packages are packed with straw, kraft or corrugated cardboard to reduce the use of plastic.
Returns
As stipulated by the Hamon law of March 17, 2014, the buyer has 14 days to reconsider his or her purchase decision (internet, correspondence or telephone).
The buyer must pay for the return transport costs.
The purchaser must use suitable packaging (ideally the original packaging if it is still usable) to protect the tools adequately during transport.
The purchaser will receive a full refund within 15 days of receipt of all parts in new, unused condition, failing which a charge will be made for refurbishing the tool.
