The K-tchak can be used alone or with two people. It can be easily moved thanks to two puncture-proof wheels and stabilized with its two retractable feet.
The action is done manually using a crank, the materials are fed by feed rollers towards the blade and the counter knife, at this point they are sliced. The lever arm coupled with the flywheel and a compensating spring provides strength, stability, and smoothness in the movement.
The K-tchak allows for an adjustable cutting length from 0 to 60 mm.
The lever arm moves back and forth. The blade flushes with the counter knife, allowing for a clean cut of the material, which is gravity-fed into the exit chute, to a receptacle of your choice.
Two cutting speeds are possible by adjusting on one of the two speed gears:
- 1 crank turn = 1 back and forth movement of the blade (hard materials)
- 1 crank turn = 2 back and forth movements of the blade (soft materials)
The whole unit is secured with protective covers.
